Cary Project: Sunroom Addition

Sunroom Renovations & Additions in Raleigh, NC

This spacious sunroom addition is flooded with natural light. It flows off of the current family room and onto the deck making entertaining a real pleasure. The wood deck railing was replaced with metal railing.

A Mitsubishi wall ac unit was added to the condition space.

A dormer was added above the sunroom in order to make the addition blend with the existing home.  This provided a bonus large walk-in closet for the master bedroom upstairs.
