Garage Conversion and Sunroom Addition

Current garage space, which the homeowners never use, was converted into space for an expanded kitchen, breakfast room, large laundry room, and pantry. On the other end of the home, a very large sunroom with floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views their wooded setting allows. A new dormer was added above the garage conversion to create a large craft room.

The expansive kitchen features arched windows and Blue Ridge Cabinetry made to match the design of the arched window.  The cabinets leave out no details including corbels, feet, and balances on the base cabinets and gorgeous hardware.

The long island is painted in a contrasting black and topped with a leathered and acid-washed granite countertop.  The seeded glass light fixtures over the island have a very unique design and compliment the lighting over the sink.
